If your point is that the morality of the members of the military is not much different than the morality of the general public, so what? Why are you surprised? Although it does sound like the average morality of the military might be higher than the average morality of Catholic priests. Now, that's surprising!

You check out the neighbourhood in Afghanistan, and you should think about the 'Jewish' judgment to be made at the 'suspicious' activity amongst certain familial changes.
