WTF is a "white" holiday?

Is there a holiday for Baltimore (which if you didn’t have a southern education you’d know was below the Mason Dixon line) that I don’t know about?

 

To be honest, I generally manage to be PC and absurdly scathing of everyone at the same time. The World at present just brings out the absurdist in me. It can't be helped. It's like the Theatre of Cruelty writ large.

 

It's just like, aren't white people allowed to have a sense of humour anymore?

Didn't you get the memo? We're done with humor. Now we're supposed to act like we're being persecuted for our skin color and being phased into extinction.

 

That doesn't sound like much fun either. Hey, I'm not part of any movement or anything. I'm entirely on my own. But I can think whatever I want when I want. I'm entitled to change my mind as a reaction to new information and circumstances.

I'm just fed up of being asked to be everything for everyone all at the same time.

Is anyone familiar with Dr. Jordan Peterson? He is a professor of psychology at the University of Toronto and a very outspoken opponent of the "PC culture." He's a brilliant man, but his views on the subject are quite contentious. He's mostly known for his vocal opposition of Canada's C-16 bill and general rejection of post-modern thought. I disagree with a lot of what he says, but he has a lot of very thought-provoking things to say.

He's insinuating that 'whites being phased into extinction' in South Africa is a ludicrous exaggeration in the same sense that the U.K. and Sweden are indeed not literally overrun by muslims.

Speaking of political correctness right here in the good old US of A, I jus saw in my other news that the home of Tina Johnson has burned down to the ground. She and her family have lost everything. She is one of the women who accused Roy Moore the Republican who was supported by Trump and Bannon and still lost to a Democrat.

Of course they are. Persecution is common to everyone in the US and western world. Just because the majority of persecutors are white doesn't mean white people in general are magically free from it. Most of the poor people in the US are white, surely that opens them up to all kinds of persecution.
