Wasn’t sure where to ask or post this: So figured try “The Dream Board”: Not really about dreaming: Just “Sleep” in general. Mostly concerned with how people in Russia sleep compared to how we sleep?

First question I have is; What time do people in Russia typically “Fall asleep” or “call it a night”? 10:00pm? 11:00pm? 12:00am/Midnight? 1:00am??

Also how many hours of sleep is normal in Russia? Do they typically sleep like 6 hours? 7 hours? 8 hours? 9? 10???

Like I said: Mainly just asking this because I’m curious as to how other countries sleep habits are different to how I sleep? Thank you for any feedback or help you can give me on this!!!
