Let's make qualifications here. Theoretically yes. My first rule is that every person involved must be comfortable with what is happening. Unless everyone has a recent, negative test for STD's, VD, fleas, measles, mumps, phyoreah, etc. then condoms are a must. But, all in all it's a sexy idea.

 

It's also redicolous to read "ONLY IF I HAD AIDS".
It's people with that mind set that are partially responsible for the spread of STD's.
