I'm a straight guy, and this question would seem to specifically pertain to fellatio, so none of the answers apply to me. Sure, I could answer, "Never swallow", but that would surely skew the numbers, giving the appearance of someone who does perform fellatio, but does not swallow. And the, "Never do oral sex" seems to suggest someone who would "normally" be expected to perform fellatio (straight/bi-women, or gay/bi-guys), but who chooses not to participate in such. Therefore, I see no answer which applies to me. A simple, "I don't do dicks" option, such as was offered under, "Which do you prefer?", would have covered it.
