Opinions of Prague

Supposed to be a Gothic City. Never been but will make it to Prague someday.

 

It's all good... I'm there now. It's lovely.

 

And beer really is cheaper than water!

 

aw, fountains of nay, that's cool yeah .. i don't know ... is it just in Prague, or is beer cheaper that water still anywhere else? )

I can't say for the rest of the Czech Republic... I am sure that beer is probably much cheaper out of prague though...

Prague is the most sentimental capital city in Europe IMHO. I've been there back in 1989, perhaps many things has changed since then, but I keep only good memories from that city. The bridges above the Valtava river, the presidence castle Hradchani, the big clock in the central park of the city are must see for every visitor.

 

Anyone know how to get to Prague via ferry? is it accessable to the sea?

 

Um, it's in central Europe... like the other side of Germany,Below Poland etc. It'd be pretty hard to get there by boat, but I am not certain.

 

The only thing that I would have to say I really dislike about Prague is the spitting issue. It is worse than China and the chinese are famous for it!
There is always spit everywhere and it's truly disgusting, have the Czechs not heard of TB or something?

I still LOVE Prague. Infact, I'm hating being back in the UK because there's no nightlife! I can't wait to be back in Praha!

 

hehee, I believe - Prague's magical - at least for me I've been there every day.. and still can't get enough what could be better than party until 6 and then going to school

haahaa, The Cross - that's my absolutely favorite!!! I love it there... spent many and many nights there... hehe and some next... yey, Letna's good as well, then I like bars in Zizkov - if you know it there.. but none special The Cross just rules

 

Yes it does. infact, if you're about on Saturday... I'm heading back to Prague and my friends are playing a set at the cross club (ISM and Mc Diamond). Tis a dubstep set.
