^ Maybe not at that time. Now it seems rather backwards indeed. But yes, it was not that long ago Fascinating! And a proper reminder. Well he does has 6 eyes
So are some people happy now that a white man has been shot? claims were made that the only reason nothing was being done was because of the color of their skin... so are we happy now?
being sarcastic illustrating how asinine the racial claims were and wondering if some folks now feel "vindicated" in some fashion. it all sucks regardless of the idiots skin color. and now we will most likley be presented with yet another gun control thread by our friend across the pond.......... :bobby:
Just because a white man was killed by presumably a white FBI Agent (although the agent could have been of color) doesn’t diminish the fact that the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge standoff demonstrators were treated with kid gloves. Note: wearing kid gloves made of goat or lambskin was the 18th century sartorial equivalent of pale white skin; anyone rich enough to afford such an indulgence would likely have soft un-callused hands Hotwater
and as has been pointed out numerous times here and by the feds, the color of their skin didn't have a damn thing to do with how/why they handled it as they did. Every action or lack thereof can readily be explained and understood WITHOUT race being a deciding factor.
And, because it is said numerous times here and by the feds makes it true? Obfuscation can readily explain anything without race being a deciding factor. Profiling for example. No race consideration there - according to the pigs.
I feel this is mainly a conflict between pigs and cowboys. So perhaps a species issue instead of racial
I am not declaring it is true via repetition, but rather from an intelligent and rational consideration of the situation without automatically resorting to racial prejudice or stereotyping to explain events, as it would appear many at this forum are unable to do. I am not saying unequivocally that race played no part in decision making, but neither you, I or anyone can make that determination and I seriously doubt those involved would own up to such motives anyway, so it is all speculation and the evidence does not demand or clearly indicate that race was a determining factor in the decisions that were made. why is that so hard for folks to understand? .....PIGS??? seriously, that mentality is just so utterly juvenile and you're much more intelligent than that ridiculousness.
You’re right it’s just speculation and conjecture. We have no proof the FBI treated them any differently than they would any other group or organization, but I also didn’t just walk in off the cotton fields. Based on how the FBI handled previous encounters with mixed groups or groups of color, It’s possible to draw certain inferences on how they handled a group of armed (with emphasis on armed) white occupiers. You should not make assumptions about other ppl's intelligence. And, it has been "us against the pigs" since the 1960s when you got profiled for having a beard & long hair in a crew-cut world. I have been stopped and illegally searched by the pigs who thot I would be stupid enuf to be holding in a police state (yeah they made assumptions about my intelligence as well).
