^^ i was only hypnotized for smoking and it was too expensive to keep it up for as long as i needed to quit completely.... i would be very interested in being hypnotized though...
Sweet! I was just working if you have ever took any formal art classes? Your work is amazing, has given me a few ideas for future projects. As for Django, I don't think I have seen someone play an acoustic guitar in that "fast & soft" style, plus his mastery is insane. People like him make you want to be a better artist/player. *wondering*
yes, i was considered good at art for as long as i can remember and took quite a few classes over the years... i'm chuffed you think it is amazing and glad to have inspired you! as for Django, yes, his mastery was insane! especially considering he had quite a few fingers missing... a natural for sure!
hi lillally, do you like Lionel Ritchie? what's the best gig you've been to? will England win the World Cup? do you like camping?
hi JT i liked Lionel Ritchie when he was in The Commodores, "Machine Gun" and "Easy" were my favourites... more nostalgia than anything else, but i don't know what he is like as a person and if he still performs, i haven't heard him... does he still perform? is he solo? do you like him? the best gig i ever went to? i can't choose the best, but a few that come immediately to mind... "Whitesnake" were awesome and "Siouxie and the Banshees" were awesome too... she performed with a broken foot or leg.... what a trooper! "Slade" and "The Jam"... i can't believe i forgot "David Bowie"!!!! he was THE BEST as far as i was concerned!!!!! i can choose, yes, Bowie for me! (he was my childhood hero, but i didn't actually get around to seeing him until he played Glastonbury)... i've seen a lot of unsigned bands that were pretty good, but not one name comes to mind... oh yes... ZooDoll... i really liked a band called Zoodoll, a lot! (but then i'm biased) the guitarist, Simon, and bass player, Chris formed a band called The Atom Seed... i regret not seeing them (The Atom Seed) live because i liked Zoodoll so much, and i regret not seeing Pink Floyd because they are fucking legendary!!! no... England will not win the world cup! but if they did, it would leave me cold... not really into football... i'm only an Arsenal fan because my Dad supported them, but i know nothing about them now... i LOOOOVE camping! it's the best kind of holiday... maybe one day it'll be a lifestyle... i love it in all weathers too... if it rains, it's great to be cosied up in the den/tent/teepee (or whatever) and listening to and watching the rain, especially if accompanied by a storm... campfire cooking and gatherings with guitars and singing... building stuff... gathering stuff.... being close to nature... i really, really, really LOVE camping... good questions sorry if i rambled on a bit
hehe kl, i saw your sig. and thought i'd wikipedia Mr Joseph Campbell and on his page he asks that question. I'd guessed you'd like it, like they say the best way to find new music is to find out the bands that bands you like like. if that makes sense
aha no, i'd never heard of it before... well, actually, i have dimly heard of the word "babbit", just not sure if it would be in the same context... no... that was "bobbit"... arf i only have one book by Joseph Campbell and haven't read anywhere near all of it yet... so chaotic with books...
no... my half-sister and her family sound very south, so it was quite easy really... having said that, i haven't seen much of them throughout my life so i may just have a natural ear for the southern accent...
is the "rainy" warm or cold or kinda medium? sounds really nice... think Atlantas going to be a bit hot for me... not sure how much alternative culture Atlanta has... heard of any? i was only there for two weeks...
I've been to Florida, but not Georgia. I think kind of medium as regards the weather. But the rain goes on and on and---. Nothing like Michigan-Minnesota,ect.You would enjoy the Florida Keys ,methinks. Very unique for the south.
