The post office is open on saturdays but weather they have mail being transported is a mystery I would think so otherwise the volume of mail on a monday morning would be incredible. no for sure answers for you though sorry. I do know fedex goes 7 days a week, I knew a guy who worked there on nights.
you sure about that? Cause I'm pretty sure canada post doesn't do any sort of delivery or transport on weekends...could be wrong I guess and Ontario mail service is no different from the other 9 provinces and 3 territories, it's a federal service peace
From Oshawa to Ottawa (clarton, or somwhere, cant remeber)... He didnt date his letter so im wondering. How long its going to take to get there. Havent talked to him in a long time.
a distance like that I'd say expect a delivery time of 3 to 4 days from date of send the thing is that time is about the same even if it were comming from out west, maybe tack on a day or two, most of the distance the mail travels happens in a day. It's the sorting and sending from the distribution centre to a local post office which takes the time. hope that helps peace
the mail moves 7 days a week ,24 hours a day ..even though a small local post office isn't open the national systems still runs
