Has anyone else seen this movie? I saw it at the movies today and I thought it was really good. I'm a really big Ryan Gosling fan and I thought he did really well in this. It's not the first film he's done where he plays a silent but deadly character but he does it so well. The film is directed by Nicolas Winding Refn (a Danish director) and I was really excited to see how he would do with this because I've been very fond of some of his previous work. His very first film as a director was Pusher which, today, is a huge cult film in Denmark (I just heard today that some American director is remaking Pusher which I can't wait to see). Only God Forgives has a lot of powerful moments and the characters are so well written as well as played out. I really recommend the film!
