Hillary is pure good. I love her so much. I want to climb into one of her pantsuits and never come out.

I saw a pic of her and Bill when they were young and she was built quite well.

That's a hell of a campaign slogan, so positive and forward looking. Shows how far our political expectations have fallen. [IMG]

Rock and a hard place. Damned if we do, damned if we don't. Between the devil and the deep blue sea. The frying pan or the fire. A lose-lose situation.

    What cure? :p

They don't even see or acknowledge what the cure could be at this point. To keep using that analogy: it seems most voters think a bandaid is the best you guys have.

What we are trying to say, I think, is that we are confronted with equally unpleasant alternatives and few or no opportunities to evade or circumvent them.

The alternatives/opportunities seem hopeless because we know how the majority of american voters will use their right to vote. They will either throw it away or vote on a 'turd sandwich' to avoid getting a 'douchebag'.

Yes, exactly, Washington is a country club and they're all members, regardless of party. And they ALL cut backroom deals to either line their own pockets or to please their constituents so they'll keep voting for the same people.

Obama was also kind of an outsider. He was only a senator for 140 or so days before he announced his run for the top seat. He had few if any Washington connections. Most presidents have years, even decades of carefully crafted relationships in Washington. Trump has even less of this than Obama did. Not only that, but IF Trump wins, he'll be stonewalled by BOTH sides of the aisle, not just the "racist" old white republicans.

If Hillary's a turd sandwich then Trump is a fucking pile of manure. A corrupt turd vs. a steaming pile of evil bullshit. I'd like to think I'm not voting for Hillary but against Trump. As Bernie Sanders said, this is the world we live in, we have to stop Trump at all costs.

Sigh. Well that's my rant for the day. Another month and a half of this crap. I hope I can make it without cracking. Then I hope I can get through the next 4 years without cracking. Guess I'll try to relax, record the debate and go watch Monday Night Football instead. :dizzy2:
