One of my locs are thinning right in the middle.

I started noticing it about 2 months ago. I figured it was just doing its thing and that it would repair itself, but here I am today, and it's thinner than ever. Too thin, actually. I'm a bit worried that it's just going to get thinner and thinner until it falls off and I don't know what to do. I've barely touched it since I first noticed it. Is there anything I can do to fix it, or just leave it and hope it doesn't fall out?

Also, another one of my locs (one of the thicker ones) hurt at the root whenever I pull on it slightly, and it's been bothering me for a while, any way to get rid of that too? I don't want to just cut strands and then have the whole thing just fall out. It feels like it knotted unevenly at the root. One side, which is the side that aches whenever it gets pulled, is tighter than the other and I can actually feel the strands of hair that are being pulled

Dreadlocks needs proper maintenance and care. What kind of products you use? I will recommend you to take help from a professional hair expert.

Is this spam or something? This post cannot be serious because it wasn't helpful at all and judging by the fact that it's your first post, I'd say you're just spamming.

Some of my dreads also seem to be doing that. I usually leave them and hope that they'll somehow pull themselves together. They don't :-(
Then, when they're ready to fall off or break at the weak spot, I break them off and then reattach by crocheting it back to it's original dread.
I've done it with about 6 already. Recently noticed another one which is doing the same.
I have no idea why they do this but my method seems to be working. I'd rather reattach than to lose inches at a time.
    Good Luck

It's just one of those things I guess.
