During consensual sex it would be very hard to make a grown woman bleed vaginally. Unless there is something physically wrong with her. So unless you are forcing yourself on a woman and she is traumatized etc. I don't see how under normal circumstances that would happen. And I am quite large.

Bleed ??? are you taking about bleeding from an injury or are you talking about a women's period ? I would never be so rough as to injury a woman. That is not my nature.
