Irm use a heating pad or something local. while I have narcotics for extreme pain, I need to reach level 11 before I reach for them. If I had a pinch pain or tight muscle that was overly painful level 9. Id go to the ER and get a shot of Toradol.. potent as morphine but non addictive or druggy feeling..

i was hungry for pizza ...and needed to go put some cash in the bank for parts i need to order tomorrow..

but once i was in town i decided i wasnt hungry anymore and saw the grocery place is open until 11 so i just bought a small salad for tomorrow breakfast instead (chicken caesar)

pizza is getting overpriced anyway

 

today my company got pizza from my favorite place VIncents .. large pizzas are 12$- 20$ each. but they are the best anywhere and I dont care what anyone says.... stick them 8$ pizza up the ass, taste like shit all them dominons, fox, mammas, cezers, pappa johns, pizza the huts.. all crap..

i miss riding trains,, I work with train paper work every day and It saddens me Im not actually on the rail but in some office. that may break me eventually.. I do have job opportunities where I could transport personal to sites, stationed engines change of shift crews, security, intermodal outdoors < no fucking way!! Other jobs would be much more training and drug testing.. no way for me. Im going to shuffle papers and answer the phone proper and Im good. would be nice to have the energy, stamina, for other areas of my job with the railroad.. but long dreams are done forgotten and take what is given..

Another of the band im going to check out this coming Saturday... not very often ya get some local cannabis bands..

 

I'm going to run a hot bath shortly and put the right leg across my left knee and sit in the bath while the whole glute stretches out. I am in bath now. I love my home made bath bombs they're so good with scent and the oils. They take half as long to fully dissolve and add so much to the water. I should just make bath bombs and sell them. Shops sell them at 5€ a bomb... thereabouts.
