the kirkland brand ibuprofen is dirt cheap, and I also take it pretty much daily. that and my tramacet (tramadol and tylenol).

before the tramadol I used to take the shoppers brand tylenol 1s as well.

my wife was explaining to me that tylenol/acetaminophen is very safe to take at low doses, but once you go over a certain threshold your body starts to process it differently and it becomes toxic... so don't go over the 3000 or 4000mg/day (I forget which).

 

I've got this strain called Pennywise that is 1:1 CBD:THC and it is great. Helps a lot with pain but has that nice mellow high that you're talking about. I bought a half ounce of it a while ago and keep it in reserve for special occasions.

 

road trip time..

visiting Toronto for a few days...try and find a deal on tires when I get there...way more listings for used tires in Toronto....more yuppies and dinks means more tires

 

Yeah my buddy bought his winter tires on kijiji from a dude in Hamilton. Paid like $300 for the set, and they were only one season old and looked brand new. I haven't been into toronto in forever, other than delivering plants there when i was driving the truck for the greenhouse.

walmart used to sell tires at fair price

then they closed the auto service section here and told me the nearest one was eggon town...so i drove all the way there and they had got rid of the auto service too so it was a wasted trip

 

just one weekend without that goof in the kitchen banging on something would be nice..

Have you checked costco for tires? They tend to have pretty good prices.

There is a ridiculous amount of birds out there today. Most i ever saw in the 7 years I lived here. Cat cried to go out I thought she would turn around when she saw them. Instead she ran towards them and they all flew away.
And then I went to hockey and saw them there...except it was just a different giant flock because when I came home I can still hear them at the rink but there were several hundred in the yard next door.

 

birds were eating something in the weeds but the bread that i left out there, they dont want it.

 

Different birds eat different things, I think.

 

Steelers play the Jets and the Giants this year...that's a big deal when you are a steelers fan that is from North jersey.

 

watching the game now but not by choice. . just hanging out with the inlaws . lil satan said she was going to tell her family i made her pay rent.. her family lold, guess she thinks gas and electric come out the thin air for free..
