    Is this true?
I use to be foot shy so my feet would feel weird every time I go barefoot
I tried to get rid of my shyness by forcing myself to go barefoot and my feet would be cold and uncomfortable.
I can’t seem to go back how I used to be. My feet can’t stand socks I get anxiety just wearing socks it feels like my feet start to tingle of heat.
So I’m stuck being barefoot can’t seem to go back.

Sure you can. I have to, that working thing gets in the way for me. When it's time to remove the shoes, bare feet feel even better.

Since I've been working mostly from home, I have been barefoot 95 percent of the time.Sandals on only to go to our office and take care of stuff. Haven't worn socks or closed shoes in months. I suppose at some point, I will have to again don socks or closed shoes, but I know I will not like it!

Can't really say, I have lived my whole life barefoot, so I've never "gone barefoot" really.

You are very fortunate! Some of us had to learn it, so to speak.

Look at shoes as tools, wear them ONLY when you absolutely need them. I don't blame you for not wanting to wear socks, I find them too restricting. Remember it's very important to keep showing off your feet and toes. Your foot shyness might return if you decide to go back to your old ways for too long.

If had shoe relapses. Last one was when the coronavirus first came out.

After going barefoot every day for a long time I hate wearing shoes but wear them every day for a week I start to get used to it.

For me the shoe habbit can come back.

I'd note an exception in that I wear boots when it's too cold to not do so, and I wear boots when I am doing stuff like carrying bricks around and stuff, the latter of which has happened very rarely.

I used to be Barefoot shy in my childhood because my parents would scold me every time they saw either my bare feet or my footprints on the floor which ment I had walked barefoot when they didn't see. Of course I took my shoes and socks off when they were not home, but it felt crazy to put them back on when they returned and cried "u 're barefoot again! Put smth on your feet immediately

Your parents were sure uptight about bare feet. Sad to hear this. You almost took a bath with your shoes on, know what I mean?

I only wear shoes at work (Vivo or Xeros casual BF shoes) or when riding my motorcycle (MC boots).
Beyond that, if I'm not barefoot for some reason, it's a lightweight sandals.
I hate shoes and only wear them when/where required.
When (if) I retire, I'll be barefoot hopefully 95+% of the time.

My parents were ok with it. Rarely did it being that I was insanely foot shy.

For me my feet seemed to have learned to tolerate being couped up in socks and shoes during the weekdays whilst I'm at work but outside of these hours I do feel them burning and just have to have bare feet everywhere
