My mom read the books to me when I was little and I reread them a few years ago as an adult. They're fantastic. I remember longing to live in a little house on the prairie as a kid...or the earthen house built into a hill they lived in a couple of years would be amazing, but I dont think the show covered those years.

They should be required reading in school, they really present a certain American spirit we've lost over the years (including you Canadians in that since we share a continent)

Following the Ingalls trek across the Midwest to various places they've lived is on my bucket list

this damn 4 wheeler ive been fixing still has problems...

i should have just followed my intuition in the first place and made the guy take it somewheres else instead of letting him talk me into it

Im at airport and im kinda drunk.
I was performing running commentary about a guy taking a photo of his beer lol. It was funny cause he was laughing by himself and i knew it was going on Facebook's lol.

I found a book in the airport store called the art of not giving a fuck. I bought it. :d

 

Oh man little house on prarie my mother LOVED that show.

 

I made a big pot of Lemon Balm water - let it steep for about an hour or a little more. Then I just let it sit covered in that big pot over night last night. After wandering around whistling and hollering for that foolish Gimli-Benny this afternoon (yes, he was found ) I drank a big glass of it.

Lemon Balm is supposed to be good for anxiety or sleep problems...since I was wanting to feel better FAST (lol), I figured I had nothing to lose.

Lemme tell ya - within 30 minutes I was anxiety FREE and edging toward sleep...I got up briefly to cook Mama supper, and then went back to sleep.

If anybody is wondering why in the world I don't do this kind of crap when its bedtime for real, and not just some random time in the afternoon, I've wondered that too.

lol I don't know if it'll work twice in 24 hours but I sure hope so.

 

I could sleep a long time oxycottin, clonadine, atavan.. life can be great, but those look rather yummy sometimes. .

 

Xanax and beer always did it for me...best sleep ever. Except I always peed the bed.

I am breaking in a new boarder....this one is one of those skinny bicycle guys...doesn't puff doobs.....kind of an odd egg .....not becoming buds with this one

 

I'm that annoying person sitting on a bus facing the wrong way. And I'm facing Laura and rubbing her boots so looks like I also have a foot fetish. :d

 

Just finished a 16 hour work day. Vegging on the couch and scrolling HF. It's times like this that make me really appreciate sitting! Yay!
