You know, I once overheard a conversation. A female employee was very rude with a customer. And he said, well maybe you should lose your job. Well, she told him. I can't. I have a family and baby at home.

But I felt like telling her, no. If you're rude, obnoxious, lazy, uncaring and unfeeling towards your customers, and you lose you job. And you have a family and baby at home, that's your fault. Because you should never be rude, obnoxious, lazy, uncaring and unfeeling towards your customers when you have a family and baby at home. In fact you should go above and beyond. Do your job better than you normally would, and even do more that what is required from you.

    Am I wrong?
