On A 'Perfect' God.

    God, if there is one, is infinite and eternal. But perfect. It means something different scientifically. Helium fits the perfect definition of noble gas, because it almost never combines with other gases. Jeffrey Dahmer was the perfect serial killer, because he did it most efficiently. And if there is a God, he allows all the evil and suffering. Actually under pantheism, which Einstein subscribed to, he is the cause of all the evil and suffering.

    OTOH, scientists point out we are in the best (not perfect) multiverse. The one most suitable for human life. And I like to think, as many philosophers have said, that this is still the best of all possible worlds. It could be worse. And maybe that is the best thing you can say. Though never "perfect".
