Old tigers mixed music thread

in the spring of 2016 i spend 3 weeks in Japan=Osaka-Kyoto-Nara-Tokyo-Kobe-Hiroshima..they can say from the Japanese whatever they wanna say...but i think they are great people,specially the younger generation..they are funloving,weird,happy and eccentric in their own ways..for me happiness is a form of inner love,ataraxy,contentment and i always want to pass it on...
i love music to that extent that i really can feel very taken in by dance==hiphop,breakdance,goa psy trance raves,flowerpower gigs,dubstep,drum and bass...anything exept classical music(hihi)
I would recommend Japan to anyone who wants to go for something different...it's a once in a life experience...

 

Swing Wespelaar blues is a yearly event where i can not only enjoy blues music but also the company of friends which i know for years on this August festival..on friday night i enjoyed the performance of Melody Angel(South side Chicago)

A dream of me was to see the Northern lights in Scandinavia...
probably will never happen...only can be seen in winter and it's too bloody cold in North Scandinavia anyway..in the early 70's i made a trip towards Kiruna(Sweden)Ivalo(Finland) and Hammerfest(Norway) and i was able to enjoy the midnight sun..great experience...I put this song for the music..and the Northern lights..

 

I do have a feeling that music can bring something about in our mood..they say depression is depression and unless one has been into a deep depression an outsider does not really know what it means??O.K...then..so it's up to the therapists to decide and control or cure?or not cure depression?..few years ago i decided to fly to Bucharest(Romania)and go for a 4 day rave in a place called Vama Veche..it means old border in Romanian(2kms from Bulgarian border)
and the youngsters who were opposing the regime of Ceauscecu build a stronghold there with attitudes of personal liberty,fun,freedom etc..i was there for 4 days in a row and witnessed beach parties,listened to happy and sad stories..
we all got a problem in life..Vama Veche is a place for boozers...
i attented beach parties,boozed my ass away..i just had the fun part of it..but what i saw is the bottom line of society which really sees the downside negativity of society and the dark image of it?..is there a way out?i made friends in the La Pirati bar with a group of bikers from Cluj-Napoca..nice people..i enjoyed my stay and the experience and i would not be afraid to go back there==they call it the Ibiza of Romania anyway==beach parties and so on..i will try to put a you tube...

 

I like goa/psytrance (they are synonymous I think, but it's strange... I like saying 'goa' better). The new Christopher Lawrence album has two parts; the second part is goa. You also mentioned Ulrich Schnauss... brilliant!
