    well it si true that food changes, and yes texas used to be mexico territory accounts change of how it changed hands though, but I dont mind, Im mexico-finish-Usa with passports to support the nationalities dont like finish food though too healthy for me

    and well mexican beer I love, I dont drink any strong stuff much anymore so I just beer my way through parties and school, but somehow I cannot bring myself to like umm clear yellowish bear, honestly cant understand why corona is so famous I can barely swallow it, Indio Leon and Victoria o and barrilito are really good though

    sorry for deviating the topic so much I shall go post cute kiddie pictures as punishment

    i drink protien shakes in the morning and i add protien powder to almost everything i cook for my main protien source
    but i eat alllotta seafood (yes i know not REALLY vegitarian)
    and I eat alotta soy and fake meat :p
    but If you put the unflavored protien powder in suases or whatever u can mix it in you'll get tons of protien

    I thought proteins in powder form were only useful for rebuilding muscle tissues rather than as a main protein source?

    really? i just thought protien was protien lol but I do alotta strength training so it aint hurting me XP

    I just said that because when I was younger and was just getting into lifting, my doctor and I discussed protein powders and he gave me this big rant on why I should only take protein powder if I am working out because it is synthesized just to repair muscle tissue. If there is no need to repair muscle, then it could just damage your kidneys

    yeah, I don't know about protein powder. I always thought it was for weightlifters and stuff. I eat a lot of peanut butter and soy stuff, so I'm probably good. I read somewhere that most Americans get like 400% more than the RDA of protein anyway.

    well I train so I need protien lol but peanutbutter is yummy but i cant eat to much cuz of the fats and salts

    I do but I think its the only being awake for 12 hours a day the messes me up so I only get to eat twice a day once if I go to school where id rather spend the money on beer
