Yes, Tadalafil is very good. I take 5.0 mg. Not every day of the week, but during Thursday to Sunday. These are the days we both are likely to have sex. The medication works extremly well and the erections are very strong and consistent.

 

I have really mixed feelings about the medication approach. A good boner is awesome, yet I find much more to life, so if medicating gives me boner facility but also turns out to have some debilitating effect on my overall health later then I'd consider it a poor trade-off. Of course we all have our individual priorities and that's fine, it's just that mine preclude taking the potential risk of immediate gratification from the medication.
