Okay it just hit me

I actually saved a life.

no one else was around when that guy got shot. if i wasnt there, didnt call 911, didnt go down and give him a hug, the hospital told me he would have died.

the guy is doing so much better and he thanked me.

makes me feel so happy!

Have the cops questioned you yet Trish? If they don't have a suspect, they will probably focus their investigation on you. First on the scene? How did you get there so quickly? How is it that you called 911 before anybody else heard the gunshot? Do you usually spend the day looking out the window waiting for somebody to get shot? Do you want to answer the questions or do you need a couple days of nice, cool, quiet isolation to remember the truth?
