    Check out NORML.com, OK has become way more tolerant & even has reduced sentencing, medical for the needy etc., which will take TX forever to do.

    A guy in Texas was acquitted of shooting a hooker for stealing $200.oo, so you can offer to sell them pot, then shoot them and claim they were trying to rip you off.
