I've got a good friend in Mt. Orab. I've been told if you blink you'll miss it, but isn't that the way it is for a lot of small towns?? Haha. My buddy goes by the name Dusk.
Around Cincinnati here. I must have posted 100 messages looking for Ohio hippies, but it seems like they all live so far away. Hoping that has changed!
obvioulys new me would like to state that i live in the cincinnati area. just moved down here so im looking to meet new people. peace.
I live in a little town called St. Clairsville. It's on the eastern side of the State, not far from the Ohio River.
Gone, gone, gone... not gone for long, if you're taught to be proud of where you come from. -tlg I'll be back in Ohio after spending about 9 months wwoofing in Oregon. Only temporary though... hopefully leaving again in a couple months. I grew up in vermilion and lived in cleveland for a couple years. There are a surprising number of cool places in the cleveland area and along lake erie. Also... Ohio is pretty much the only state east of the mississippi that has a national park... take that east coast, haha. -Mike
Haha, I would love to. I think VA has one too, but it is suprising to find so few in the New England area. The fact that Cleveland has a NP just barely out of the city is pretty cool in my opinion. Where abouts in Cleveland are you from? -Mike
funny you should ask...i live within the city limits of cleveland just up the hill from the national park. i live in the turney/warner neighborhood on the edge of garfield hts. where are you at?
I know pretty much everyone in Mount Orab unless they are living under a rock. Now Fayetteville nearby, yeah if you blink you literally will miss it hah.. It's hard to imagine Mount Orab is Brown County's second biggest town.
I grew up in Vermilion and lived in Heights while I was at Case for a year and then downtown while I was at CSU for one semester. Then I dropped it and moved out to Oregon to wwoof and am just on my way back to Vermilion as we speak. Staying in Indianapolis tonight and should make it back sometime tomorrow. I don't know how long I'll be back though... any good shows coming up? I'm pissed I just missed State Radio at the Grog Shop. -Mike
yeah...there's always something happening at the grog (the bears, electric 6, xela, the lemonheads)...check out cleveland.com for all show info. too bad the euclid tavern is gone...i miss that place... i wonder if we have ever met...i used to live in the heights and worked at the food co-op on euclid ave as well as ethnic creations/the pod on coventry back in de day. safe travels to you
