I was in the cafeteria, and a good friend of mine, Philip, was talking to me. All of a sudden, the wind started to blow inside the cafeteria. It actually was more like this friend of mine was sucking all the air out of the room. There were these loud noises like heartbeats, and they were loud and almost imbedded into your mind. Then the lights went out except for one fluorescent flickering right above Philip's head. He started laughing and pointing and yelling "Imagine!" It was so creepy, like he was Jesus.

To me, it suggests either the obvious meaning of a condition existing within a country, where there is no violence going on, or it can mean that special, ineffable kind of inner peace that you can feel through things such as deep meditation or being close to nature.
