I think that is relevent ... Being reasonably local to Eltham I have come in contact with a few people who had dealings with Steven Lawrence. He had a reputation as a bully, he also had £18000 in his bank account that had allegedly come from drug dealing. In my own experience drug gangs have rarely mixed on racially friendly terms and racism and drug wars are often closely connected.

I'm not saying that he deserved to die, far from it, nobody does, but he has not got a local reputation as an innocent player, most of this stuff is not publicised and the media circus has not helped things because it has created extra tension.

Nazism is on the increase because many white people now feel like second class citizens. Whether true or not, the feelings are there and need to be addressed.

The problem seems to be that, in this age of political correctness, many people still think that racism is something that only white people are capable of and the one's who don't are too scared to address it.

Most racism may been from white people and much racism from other ethnicities has come about as a reaction to this ... However that does not make it right.

I shouldn't really comment any more on Steven Lawrence ... the official story and the locally accepted stories are entirely different ... local people do not believe that it was entirely racially motivated ... however I don't think I can back this up from official references.

What I was trying to do was demonstrate that there is a rise in the amount of white people who are feeling disenfranchised by positive disctrimination ... I believe that, whether true or not, this needs to be addressed by all sides or the danger from extreme right wing parties will continue to rise.

I can confirm that there is a food by the name of 'faggot'. It is sold at the supermarket where I work. Yes, the breand name is Mr. Brains. I'm not sure what the manufacturers were thinking when they came up for the name of this product but yeah, it's not a wind-up.
