Yeah this really does help, I eat lots of nanas during the frst few days. Light exercise is good. The old hot water bottle if its really uncomfortable
Also mention it to the doctor if your pain is severe enough to warrant painkillers frequently. A checkup would do no harm
I'm one of the lucky ones. Rarely do I get cramps. Occasionally the day before I get my period, I will cramp a bit, but it's not bad enough where I need to take anything.
