I don't understand how in the world my eating habits literally changed overnight combined with much physical work (at work) and the difference on the scales is 3 to 5 pounds (according to when I weigh) This change of eating and combined work (exercise) has been going on almost 2 months.

I'm now able to easily wear a few pairs of pants that had gotten Way Too Tight and one I couldn't even zip. but STILL!

Anyway, I could not care less about impressing anybody...I just want to wear some of my old neat blue jeans.

wooohoooooooo exercise is good. Even just walking around for a bit is good for you.

 

For the entire time I'm at work, I'm walking, bending, sweeping, carrying all kinds of stuff...sometimes 2/3s of a 5 gal container of tea that I have to carry and pour into the tea urns. I can definitely tell my muscles are building back up.

I bet your girl at work will be more impressed by wit/humor/ than a "roid" look. I would say intelligence is impressive but honestly, some people (men and women) are intimated by it. So, until you get to know her, I'd say stick with wit and humor. lol

they were running from the cops. they didnt get very far after the roll over. i was pissed they blocked my way so I phoned 911 told them right where they went and were. they came into the wrong hood..

We got a shoplifter today. I was the witness while they questioned. She was 60 and drove a mercedes. The LP guy made her feel bad, used me as an example "when you steal from here, they cut sunshine's hours. She's all alone! she can't feed herself!"

it was really awkward. I stayed until she was cuffed. never seen it before. even the cop was a little snarky to her. oh well. I found her mugshot online just a bit ago.

unfortunately I found out that a guy I went to school with was just sentenced for incest and rape. he was a boy scout... very, very strange to find out.
