    Cane syrup is the best.
Maybe that is just 'cause I was raised off of it..My grandparents grow suga cane and make it themselves! I wish I could mail everyone here a bottle..it is sooooo good.

Yo, new on this board - (this isnt actually THAT OT but here goes; ) From what I've read you guys mostly argue that palm rolling is either harmfull or just plain useless, the general oppinion according to the Finnish dread-community (yes I'm Finnish) is that palm rolling is ALWAYS good for your hair, what gives?

Lol is that really what we mostly argue about? Haha. Well, when I did it I found it helpful. Some people didn't find it helpful when they did it. Some who never tried it think it's rubbish. If it works for you, it works for you and that's what matters I guess. *shrug*

    ew chimigals. :(

Welcome to the newbie. :) As for palm rolling. I have tried it a few times, but I personally see no benefit to doing it. I'm not sure what's supposed to happen when I do it but tehy just end up looking the same. I think it makes more sense to palm roll if you have used wax cuz then the hair likely has something to kinda stick to.

For Palm rolling, I find that it is helpful for tidying up my hair, for say when I am meeting someone new and I don't want to look like a Hobo.....But so far, I haven't seen any long-term benefits.

The only time I found palm rolling helpful was after a shower to dry them. I just throw them in a towel now and than air dry..too much work to palm roll each one. 0_o
