Lets say hypothetically even if its true that is all they are interested in, what makes that a bad thing?

 

It's not a bad thing if all you're interested in is profits, but they don't represent the people and aren't interested in finding a solution to gun violence because that would hurt their bottom line.

 

They represent me, and banning AR15s and 30 round magazines are not solutions to gun violence.

 

They don't care about you, unless you're a gun manufacturer or seller.

 

Today I saw that that girl who is the buzz was saying it was okay that she had ostracized the perpetrator. I don't trust that girl as far as I can throw her. I don't care how mean he was, that's not hers or anyone's place in a high school especially, to play the role of one who ostracizes.

I'm glad people are using their freedoms to peacefully protest. And I would hope people to whom the "right" of a gun is so important would understand that. Maybe a gun is a last resort that comes after talking. I can see their perspective of marching to take a right away but no one is taking gun away 100%. I don't know where people are getting this. If these kids were really as insignificant as gun owners claim they would not be on the cover of magazines or on morning news.

 

I once met an anti-gun activist who thought a Glock was the type of pistol that cops use. And that a Beretta was the name for a really small pistol that women put in their purses.

He didn't know they were gun brands.

 

Watching Babylonians protest peacefully is always inspiring, until you realize they represent less than 1% of the population and, if you add more, they tend to become more violent. Only the good die young, and nobody can find any good political candidates. Nor is anyone standing up to declare everyone who is sick and tired of the disaster, should walk out that door into the street right this minute. Nobody is listening if everyone is screaming, or ducking whenever the crap hits the fan.

Its not rocket science, to know the meaning of Three Stooges slapstick. Curly Joe was the most creative and child-like, and the bottom of the pecking order. Mother Jones got started with a children's march, and children alone walking out that door could change the world overnight. But, that's not something they are really taught in school and, a hundred years later, Mother Jones is finally being included in history books. Personally, I think Pee Wee Herman would make a great president at this point.

Kids raised on communes think Babylonians know nothing about people, and treat them like idiots. Even the three year olds! The idea they are not equals is absurd to them, while Babylonians tend to spout gibberish at them as if they were the ones who were helpless idiots. Some commune kids have a wicked sense of humor! And they tend to run in packs...
