Outsourcing indeed. Outsourcing the law of MANY countires so to speak, with international tribunals in place of judges, etc. They will truly operate outside of any laws. OK so you think certain regulations put in place for off shore drilling following the BP Gulf disaster is directily effecting oil production in the US? Doesn't the fact the US is producing more oil than it ever has contradict that? Do you know the regulations specifically or... ? Because that's what I'm asking, what specific regulations are having an effect on domestic oil production. I'm not certain you're reading my posts or someone elses. No, I cannot cite the specific regulation. The safety additions would be costly, affect business, detract from production. Normally that is what regulations do. Sorry. It is automatic for me to interpret "explain" to mean "prove" or find evidence. Already twice in this thread, it was not good enough that I had a thought, it was only worthy if I could produce a source. The only conclusion you should draw is that I "will not". That's it.
