Obama is the president. He appoints the leadership of the DOD, NSA, FBI, etc. He has set the policies that guide all these organizations. He has made policies that ignore the very real pattern of who all those organizations look at as terrorist threats. Specifing that moslems and Saudis and such shall be looked upon as regular people. I only drink 100cc of wine per night, along with a ton of coffee throughout the day to keep me from sleeping too hard. (that 100cc wont knock me out but it does keep me in bed once I do decide to go to bed) So the caffeine keeps me super duper sober.
Thats why I so smart man, cuz the wine is good for my heart and arteries, gives me good circulation to my brain, and the coffee has all the antioxidants to make me even healthier!
