O Brother Where Chat Thou?

That is pretty much the way it is...except for there will be a little hanky-panky between Scully and Moulder and that winds up being sort of like a plot. That and the deal with Moulder, his sister and the "Smoking Man". Over the course of the series there are a few things that emerge that resemble a plot. lol

 

The last show on TV I really liked was House.

 

I couldn't get into house. It was same episode every time.

House is moody.
Patient diagnosed with a disease
Nobody knows what the problem is.
House figures it out

Repeat x24 episodes over how many years.

 

Though to be honest most tv weekly shows become repetitive hehe. Even x files

Scary intro someone dies
Moulder has a theory
It's stupid
Sculls bag doesn't agree.
They go out to solve.
It may or may not be a monster.
If it is a monster, scullu refuses to accept
Moulder has a final thought.

I seem to be cueing well on the table today. This is good confidence. I haven't been to a comp in two weeks and losing confidence, but all clicking at the moment. I have a big tournament next month. 8 division. Eep.

Confirmed. Cueing is good.

So good that whatever situation I throw myself in, Im cueing well. Only miss when I'm rushing myself and mentally aware that I haven't followed my pre shot routine. So since im hitting this well, what's the old saying? Stop kicking a dead horse? Pool table is dead I killed it.

under a car with a hacksaw trying to cut off an old converter....arthritic hands and sore back it didnt take me long to give up and wrap a chain around that fucker and yank it off with the 4x4

usually i have generator and my milwaukee sawzall for doing work out there where theres no power but that shit was stored somewhere else last fall and i didnt have time to run around

 

Working under the car is never easy unless you have a lift. When I was a dumb 16 year old my friends and I used to take 2 of the spare tire jacks the cheap ones that come with the tire and park a car halfway in the parent's garage so it's at an angle. Then you squeeze under and hope it doesn't fall.

 

my boarder had a friend who died last week because a car fell on him while he was working under it.

My daddy gave me a block of wood for my car in case I blew a tyre and needed stable ground to jack. Well he shows me what to do with the block. I don't think I'd ever trust it though. I do know how to change a tyre though and I rotate mine every 4 months or so. Takes about 10mins. If I had the gattling gun, zzz zzz zzz, done a lot quicker.

And that's about as far as I can go with engines. I can top fluids and know where all the indicators are. We dropped the oil filter once, I won't try that again especially on my own. I've fixed a hose before but that was simple.

One day I'll go to a garage sale and I want to buy like a lawnmower or an edger and then the idea is to take the engine apart, and put it back together and see I make it work.

 

the way i cut off cats is to use one car ramp to get the car tilted....usually they are still on the tow dolly and attached to my truck so i just drive one dolly wheel up on a ramp

if they are on the trailer i usually just use a farm jack and stands...leaving the winch cable attached also helps stabilize

 

I want everything from a NASCAR shop. The one pump jack the gattling guns etc. that would be way fun. Lol.
