Nuvaring, am I doing this right?

    Ok put new one in on November 7th Thursday, Take it out November 28th Thursday. Put new nuvaring in on December 3rd (6th day) Is it ok to put a new one on the 6th day instead of 7th?


    OR
    should I put a new nuvaring in on December 4th?

    Please help, just making sure it's ok
