I have a simple question that is probably not so simple. In working out a diet, I find I do best with calorie counting. Of course, the calories have to have substance so I do look at the components that make up the calories (such as protein, fiber, fat, carbohydrates).
The question is, for a 1400 KCal diet, where would one look for the definitive answer on what the daily nutrient count should be?
I'm looking for an answer in grams or in %. I'm hitting a wall.
