Nudism as a punishment

I heard a couple whos daughter use to sneak out at night to go to parties whilst she should be sleeping. So they took her clothes away at home like a grounding but it worked for them.

Just wondered if thats a rare oddity...

 

i could see were it mite be an effective punishment for some for my it would have been a reward

 

Yeah though i think she because a nudist after it all. So i think it didnt help much. And now they have a naked daughter, husband and grand kids.

weird parenting methods... how about some communication instead?

 

When I was growing up one of my neighbors did that to her daughter. It didn't stop her from going out. She went out window butt ass naked and borrowed some clothes from her gf.

 

LOL that must've been epic to watch.

 

She probably took all her clothes away from her room as punishment then, for when she returned.

 

So this girl either was very self-confident or very desperate I guess. The second case would be pretty sad in my eyes.

 

Desperate and rebellious. Id of laughed if she stripped off just to climb back in to the window when she got home.

 

I am not keen on such a punishment. Nudity in the right context should be a positive thing not negative.

 

I actually met someone at Cedar Creek to whom this applies to. She was from some country in Eastern Europe and as a kid, her Dad would ground her by locking away all her clothes.
Being that she was - in her own words - "quite a naughty child", she ended up spending quite a bit of time naked at home. All that really ended up doing was leading to a preference for nudity and her eventually becoming a social nudist.

In any event; I find it a pretty abusive mode of punishment.

 

Being nude? You call THIS a punishment?

 

If my parent had ever punished me by by taking clothes away it would have been a mistake on their part as i would never have put clothes on again at home. I was forced to be naked for spankings it didn't bother me

 

It's not uncommon in some areas

 

I don't think I have ever, or would ever consider nudity a punishment. It would have been a very big mistake for my parents to punish me by making me run around the house nude. I would have enjoyed that way too much!!!

 

I know I would enjoy way to much running around the house naked and that was my punishment.

 

I am a nudist but still do not think most people would see it as a punishment but rather a deterrent to stop her from leaving the house. I mean it would work but teens are very strong willed and would simply have clothes brought to her.

 

This worked for me when I was a kid. I hated it. Very embarrassing
