So that's why when i drink I loose my cloths I have on. I always thought some one stole them!

Yes I am been naked at many festivals and gatherings. Both rainbow gatherings and burn events are clothing optional. Kiwiburn in NZ is particularly body positive, where the main event is the buring of the Man on the Saturday night. After that a tradition has arisen of most to remove their clothes and run around the fire naked. It is hard to estimate crowd sizes, but my feeling is that some 1400 were naked at the last festival. This activity if that is the word is known as the 'Naked hippie run'. In the day it is not uncommon to see bare breasted women. Some camps have naked workshops on different topics or their own naked event such as a naked wine and cheese, or naked oil sliding, or naked breakfast. Nudity is par for the course down by the river and almost no one wears a bathing costume.

How have I never heard of this? That sounds incredible! I've heard nudity used to be allowed at Splore but not so much anymore but damn Kiwiburn is now officially on my bucket list.

So I’ve figured out that about 1:30 to 3:00 AM is the sweet spot to take naked walks in my neighborhood. All is dark and no one is about. Just had a good 20-25 minute full nude jaunt. Got a little concerned at one point by the smell of a bonfire and bright lights. But what the hell, I figured, just gonna keep going and I didn’t wind up disturbing anyone. But it’s only a matter of time before I have a naked encounter during one of these things. So strangely looking forward to when that moment comes. I mean I take all reasonable measures to avoid detection within the context of being a nudist but also can’t wait for that day when my cover gets blown.

 

Walked around the hotel naked, in Cancun, with the windows open. Not a nude hotel so I had to control myself.

 

I did this kind of thing dozens of times in my teens and 20s. If I happened to wake up between 1 and 4 I'd get up, walk to my old school, jump the fence and take a dip in the pool then walk back home. If cars passed by I'd hide behind trees or bushes. No one ever caught me but I totally get wanting to be caught, it's a thrill even just knowing I had no clothes or towel to cover up with, no safety net I'd have to just face the music. Then I graduated to driving to schools in a suburb or two away with bigger and better pools. I'd swim in the pool, have a nosey in the changing rooms especially the girls. I thought to myself I'm probably the only naked man ever to be in this pool and this changing room.

 

A digression but something that always fascinated me was in each changing room there were three shower heads on one wall with nothing separating them in the boys but in the girls there were partitions between each one. I still find that intriguing as if boys don't care about seeing each other or being seen naked but girls do. The thing is the partition only blocked you seeing the girls on either side and them seeing you but everyone else in the room could see you as there were no doors or curtains only the wall separating each shower head. I doubt that would provide enough privacy if you were that worried about being seen you'd have to go over to the shower wrapped in your towel or still dressed then undress and shower I guess if you faced the wall the other girls could only see your bum but if you turned around to wash your back you'd be facing all the other girls in the changing room. At least the other two girls taking showers couldn't see you or you them. I still don't get it.

 

Last time I was naked in public was in a hotel last weekend answering the door for an extra pillow & got snacks, ice & drinks at the vending machines. I got a pillow from the girl who was working the front desk & she later came back to my room after her 18 hour shift.

 

Where was this hotel? Is it a nude resort ?

 

A hotel with a casino downstairs & I just walked out my room with nothing on. I didn't care what others thought. I was already comfortable, so what not go out & branch out.

Absolutely LOVE locker room nudity both from the perspective of being a nudist and from the perspective of being bi. You are absolutely right though in terms of mixed messages. In the Y where I have swum on and off over the years, dudes hot and not-so-hot walk around freely fully nude and chatting each other up only to go into the shower area where there are partitions and curtains. I have always kept my curtain open but some guys close theirs in all situations while others close theirs just for me. LOL.

 

Heck open showers are the best. LOL... I remember years ago I was a member of a gym & some guys always were afraid walking around naked & covered themselves when another guy walked by them naked. I wasn't afraid at all. One of my buddies & I worked out together & showered together naked. Hell there's times we looked at each other's cock despite getting aroused at the same time. Good time yesterday.

So after doing all of my around the house AM naked stuff (feeding the animals, coffee etc), I still didn’t feel like getting dressed. Plan for the day was to go hiking about a 3.5 hour drive and a couple of states away. So I warmed up the car and started packing up my gear in the car while nude and then threw my hiking clothes in there as well (low 20s … too cold to nude hike). Full nude driving time! Have done this in the past but never leaving from home naked. Route immediately took me onto a busy interstate for 15-20 minutes and then into a metropolitan area. Felt very “exposed” and vulnerable as I’d pull up to red lights and stop with other cars pulling alongside and behind me … pedestrians and convenience shops less than 100 feet away. Intellectually I knew that even if someone noticed I wasn’t wearing a shirt, there was no way anyone would see my genitals. But still. Anyway, I eventually cleared the metro area and was out in the country and soon enough crossed into Vermont, where simple nudity is legal. Almost stopped at a gas station to fill up naked just for the fun of it (one of my nudist bucket list items) but decided to leave it for another day. Anyway, I drove full nude all the way through Vermont and was well into New Hampshire before I finally decided to throw on a pair of sweats. Stripped down to full nude again at the trailhead to switch over to my hiking gear. Fun textile snow hike as well. 10/10 morning.

 

Wish I could be there with you hiking, but I just got home from work.

 

Midnights. Ugh. Have done a lot of shift work myself over the years. Probably going to rotate from hiking to skiing once we get a little more snow. Might be down with planning a hike - either nude or not nude - once the weather warms up.
