Also makes sense this story is on CNN. I follow a lot of right wing stuff on social media, and a lot of people are talking about Yeti, but I this is the first I've heard of Yeti coolers getting shot. From CNN.

You seem to be forgetting that the current trend in the 2a debate is for left wingers to boycott so this is the NRA playing the same game.

    Citi Bank
    REI
    David Hogg v Laura Ingraham
List goes on and on and on.

And here you are acting like none of that ever happened and calling the NRA silly.

This is just the NRA returning the serve.

Not a leap. These companies are severing ties with the NRA because the NRA protects our civil rights and these companies would prefer that our civil rights be violated.

Corporations do not have the right to force me to buy their products against my will.

I'm not going to stay at a Best Western Plus anymore, and there is nothing that anyone can do to make me.

    No I understand a boycott.

Destroying a product you've already paid for isnt a boycott

Fringe cult terrorists, wow that's harsh. Not a member but I will be sure to stay away from that group. Like those horrible tea party people who kept attacking those who had a different view. Oh, that's right it wasn't them it was those people with their faces cover. You know the ones that are against the first amendment. The ones demonstrating and tearing shit up because a conservative was going to speak. Now that's what I call fringe cult terrorists..

Their membership is 1% of the population. That’s the definition of fringe

I have no idea what you’re talking about with that second part but don’t talk to me again please

Remember the days of "freedom fries" when Dubya supporters were pouring expensive french wine down the drain?

Yes, they were afraid it would lead to them being targeted by Islamic terrorists in their own country.

So, you're blowing up a product you own because you don't like the company from whom you purchased said product?

    Just get laid already...

I never heard of the Yeti brand.
Why would I pay $500.00 for a cooler when a bag of ice cost $2.00?

But they have every right to discontinue a discount that they choose to offer.

AAA is a pro drivers pro vacation driving club. If for some reason Best Western severed ties with AAA that would not mean it was against driving, drivers or vacations. Just as Yeti is not advocating violating the Second Amendment. Because I am not a member of the NRA does not mean I am against guns or am an advocate of violating the Second Amendment. Maybe I belong to another gun group or I'm an indepedent. You have perfect right not to buy brands that do not associate themselves with the NRA any more. No one is saying you should be forced to buy anything against your will. There has been no outcry by any of the corporations disassociating themselves with the NRA to overturn the Second Amendment. You're saying there is some veiled agenda by these companies. I haven't seen this. (edit by MeAgain)... I don't want to rescind the Second Amendment either. Peace to you Almendro.
