I love that song, but my favorite would have to be "Break on Through", just because of the part where he goes 'SHE GET HIGH, SHE GET HIGH, SHE GET HIGH'

haha... but break on through is too much like their "classic" work.. i got a bit tired of it.. still one of their bests though.. but its weird, like with bands like pink floyd or beatles, you can defenitely tell which ones are their best. but The Doors have this magic touch. like everysong is on the same wave of goodness

Yeah, my favorite the doors song jumps around everytime. I have their whole discography , studio, live, matrix tapes, liquid night (it has some songs from the miami concert), all.

 

awesome.. i have pretty much all on vinyl (fine. my dad does)

but i got the DVD which i own and the best of (2 discs)... caus i wanted at least ONE cd for my cdplayer. it sucks to always listen to vinyls. cant listen to it well when i go to sleep like that

 

I wish I had vinyl records...

What DVD do you have? I have The Doors Collection, it's 3 movies in one (The Soft Parade, Dance on Fire and Live at Hollywood bowl)

Too bad the Oedipal Complex/Elektra Complex, like nearly all psychoanalysis, is complete and under bullshit.

The only real use is literary analysis, and only then if you want to read page after page looking for phallic symbols.
