    From someone stuck in a city with not alot going on, I had to leave the city and go catch a festival. And it was really good I brought some bud with me cause thats the way I started the converstaion. Albeit I only got it off the guy that once, and have not had the luck to come across it again, but I thought I might share my finding with you.
