Rotary phones still work, or should depending on the phone company, but you have to wait for each number dialed to finish "clicking" before dialing the next number, as opposed to the different tones on a touchtone system.

Next phone I'm going back to an LG, a lot better than Samsung IMO.

Im too lazy to check, but from memory, dont think the J7 has enough internal memory, you need like 64gb nowadays.

Yeah that was another reason, too many chucky useless apps on a samsung you cant uninstall

While I love all the posts of people saying why other people's posts are wrong...its really as simple as if you use apps. If you use them get a droid they are cheaper if you don't get an iPhone, the phone works better. And if you don't use them at all then you are a simpleton, and should get a flip phone.

Sounds like someone likes paying for apps that are otherwise free.

I loved my HTC. Never going back to the iPhone again, though I do love my MacBook and wouldn't go back to Windows.

 

I think you should get an Android OS, but that's because I'm mostly a PC person. The only experience I have with Macintosh is at school. Aside from that I bought one once, but I decided to return it and use the money on something else.

I think apple does the planned obsolescence thing a little too much. That and they seem to want to gadgetize lots of things. Who needs an iWatch really? I don't know... maybe they're handy for some stuff. Anyway, I try not to buy in to that stuff too much. So, in that way I feel like they have a certain brand toxicity.

That very same thing that bothers me about apple, apeals to some folks. So, I don't know. Go for it if that's what you're in to.

One thing I will say is this. Get a protector! You don't want to be the girl with the cracked screen, do you?

And parts of android are annoying, wish someone in the linux community would get their act together and give us a linux mobile os, that works from out of the box on more than like two phones that are shit and made in belgium, yeah that was a thing a couple years back
