I like doing planks on my stability ball... hold a plank for a min and then take the plank then into 20 push ups on the ball... hold the plank a min more... then turn it into...what are they called on the ball when you have the ball by your shins and bring it in on count of three and back out and repeat? anyways that then...
oh, yes...you're right. that is what they're called. and I don't even know what german volume training is but... it sounds scary.
GVT is when you do 10x10 super sets on isolated muscle groups. So, one day you max out glutes, calves, and core. Then the next triceps and shoulders etc.
I don't really go to the gym...however, I do wish to get bigger in the chest and arms as I'm quite skinny. I recently been doing work outs at my house consisting of many reps of push up's and sit ups, as well as lifting a dumbbell I have in different ways. I'm eventually going to buy the perfect pull which my cousin uses. I also have been going on frequent runs and playing soccer a few times a week. I'm not sure if any of this will actually get me "bigger" .. Please don't focus all your attention on chest and arms. There's nothing worse than a dude that's all racked up top then has always chicken legs. Balance is important .
Yeah someone has mentioned this to me before, I will keep it in mind My legs are actually very toned from playing soccer my whole life haha
