As I've said in the past, non-Catholics are allowed to attend things like healing services, and other services. And they are welcome at our masses at any Catholic church. In fact, people of all faiths and backgrounds are always welcomed in these places. We only ask that you don't receive communion. Only Catholics in a state of grace are allowed receive Holy Communion.

You should also wear appropriate clothing, never things like shorts or t-shirts. And women are expected to dress modestly. You don't have to take part in the services at mass. But silence always appreciated in church. And things like eating, talking and reading during mass are considered disrespectful. When you participate, you can do things like make the sign of the cross. And things like kneeling and standing at the appropriate times during mass are always encouraged, even for outsiders. You just cannot receive Holy Communion, as I said.

You are also free to talk to any priest. To get advice, and even confess to him your sins, if you want. But again, only Catholics are allowed to receive sacraments, like reconciliation.
