So. The Highway Child, has definitely had its share of drama. I love my big purple family and want everyone to know that the bus is a very life changing experience.
As for Eclipse, and Kevin, they too are part of my family. Not all the things that were said to have happened did. I am completely neutral in this situation, and am headed to Arkansas on my own to take a little bit of a break. My sister just had a baby! The first neice in a family of 6 nephews! Yay!
I plan to meet up with my purple family again very soon, but as for now, I'm gonna stay in Knoxville. As a friend ionce told me, there are three sides to every story, mine, theirs, and the truth. Frustrations are bound to occurr. The purple bus of love, karma, and hemp is ready to roll, and I wish my family aboard now, and the family that is to come in the future, light, love, music, fun, peace, understanding compassion, and respect!

It's been fun... I love you guys!!

Im sorta curious though, how can you aford food and all that gas for the huge bus by selling your crafts?

well we live well actually, we sell hemp jewlery everywhere we go, we do tend to be adopted by beautifull people in seemingly every where we go.


the last few days we dealt with a huge issue on the bus, a few folk left with my xbox and electronics..
last night we ran into them....I havnt ever seen love like this, instead of violence or anger there were onloy hugs, we got our stuff back, and made awsome amends with our brothers,
eclips has his own path he wants to walk, and we support him, kevin however has rejoined the family ,
eclips told me that he sent out emails to people about the bus,
from what he told me he said that people should be prepared to make hemp jewlery alot...well thats true , its consensous that we all make at least three pieces a day...thats not that hard, some of us can do that in an hour.

I was just wondering what you guys do on a normal "boring" day. Reading your posts has been very interesting and entertaining. Alot more of an adventure than my life is. Ok so maybe I am a little nieve bieng from canada , but the black folk here Really dont like white people...
its sad how much hate there is on both sides..

on the other hand the weather is great, we found this spot called the five points...decent enough place to sell our hemp, haha this dude tried to sell me a crock hat for 6 bucks...on that not I have to get back soon too sell a necklass so that I can buy that ..I need at least one souviner.

a boring day? yeah I havnt really had one, we have relaxing days though there never boring.

internet? well right now Im at the south side library...
we use it when we can

yesterday in birmingham we stopped at five points to sell when we first arrived we were surrounded by crack heads and a general bad energy by the time we had left we had tought three of these crack heads how to make and sell hemp and had folk dancing to the guitar and djimbe we were playing

I don't have kev's blanket!!! but i do have the cd, sorry! when we hook back up in arkansas you can have it back, i didn't even realize that i had it. i stuck it my purse the day we got it, and forgot to take it out. i left one or two of mine on the bus along with my hemp encased water bottle.
i'm not sure what made you realize it, but i am sorry that i'm so incredibly insightful, when will you learn to trust me?
I saw the guy who wanted to get on the bus here in knoxville last night, he is still super interested. i gave him contact info, and websites and what not.
chris had a good birthday, we watched karl denson and the timy universe last night in market square, it looked alot different from when we visited for food not bombs. i've been thinking about you guys alot, i miss you and can't wait to see you again! we're leaving knoxville tonight, jason didn't realize it was going to be a 12 or 14 hour drive. yay... anyway, ohm from me, i love you all, and i hope that you guys stay safe.

hey, blinkin, this might be really random considering the fact that there can't be just one purple bus travelling around such a large continent, but did you pass through yellowstone national park in the old faithful area maybe 2 months ago? i was working up there for the summer, and we saw one parked in the parking lot on our way to meet friends. i said, 'hey that looks like a door we should knock on and introduce ourselves!' unfortunately, when we went back past, the park rangers were already busy harassing whoever was inside.

you silly canadians! yellowstone is all the way up in wyoming. i worked there the last two seasons as a way of seeing the country. the rocky mountains are awesome. i probably hiked over 100mi this summer on my camping trips.

hey all! i'm not on the bus anymore, but, i have it from a very good source that the bus ride as I know it is done. if you were planning on getting on the bus, it is not a very good idea. drew, also known as blinkin, is a very selfish, troubled soul. i do see the beauty in every individual i meet. drew does have beauty in his soul, but he hides it with many masks. i loved every second on the bus, but i left being very emotionally drained. Eclpise is someone that i would trust with my life, and he is the most trustworty individual in this whole situation. apparently kevin somehow got a hold of Eclipse, and left him with this info. i'm so sorry that this thread has turned into a bid waste of space. The Highway Child could have been sometihng beautiful, but sometimes circumstances change!
