well, I've never gone 30 hours without eating except consciously, but... I forget meals all the time. Like, three a week sometimes. If my tummy growls at an inconvenient time, I ignor eit and it doesn't come back for hours and hours. C'est bizarre. I get quite dizzy from it too, and lightheaded. Proteins are best for combating that feeling super fast, or so I've found. Like nuts, carry peanuts with you everywhere and it'll help (unless of course you're allergic to peanuts, then it may be a baaad idea)
