so we are teaching you to cook from the bottom up? how fun!

what types of food do you like? what do you order when you go out to eat? tell me what floats your boat. do you have any food allergies?
if pre-cooked foods are your go-to for convenience reasons, then its a matter of setting aside time to pre-cook your own food and freeze it. i will start typing some good starter recipes up for you. i hate to see anyone stuck eating crap food.

what appliances are we working with? i have a lot of good crockpot recipes. i love my crockpot, and its not even a good one.

 

get some milk and oatmeal for breakfast...easy as hell...put oatmeal in pot, add what it says for milk..and you got a healthy breakfast..

lunch..make a sandwich with some lettuce tomato and whatever..pretty damn easy...

dinner..make a salad...pretty easy...clean the lettuce, chop up some carrots, somes chives, a pear, get some dressing, but use a light amount (not Light-dressing) just dont dunk your food...

honestly if ya cant make those titems...umm i feel sorry for you...

it is no ones fault if they were not taught how to cook. theres a whole lot of peole in that boat right now. i got lucky, my 2 brothers and i rotated the cooking and chores for most of our lives. after we were taught how to make something, we were expected to remember. my little brother impressed all the girls when he was in school, because he would cook for them, and most of those girls probably still have no idea how to cook!

plus the rush everyone lives in, everything seems like it must take For-ev-er to make, and with some things thats true. bread has to rise, but you dont have to watch it, just set a timer.
and spme people dont have the knife skills to make "chop up some carrots, somes chives, a pear) sound like a simple prospect. you dont know if you were never taught. im still trying to teach my hubby, and he worked as a short order cook. he knows how to make what he knows how to make, and anything outside of that box is daunting to him. he was raised in a family where the women did the cooking, and the serving, and the clearing up. i hate that aspect of visiting them. he struggles to do a load of laundry even, and i wrote the instructions right on the machine! you just dont know what you dont know.

 

One thing Libra..i know ya wont eat pork, and that is all good. Nothing wrong with that...but dude..hotdogs? Do you know what hotdogs are made out of? And frozen foods like pizza pockets..? Bro you might be eating the pork everyday...

I like taking a pork loin.. fileting it out so that i can fill it with apple stuffing and roll it up and wrap it in bacon and roast... heaven
