The gym right by my house its $47 a month, and that just includes the gym! If you want to add the sauna and pool usage its another $55 a month wtf is up with that, definatly wont ever be using those...

But yes I think $50 a month isn't to bad, it'll be worth it... I pay more than that for a stupid cell phone a month, so i'm sure I can pay that much for my own body haha, i'll just cut back on my wreckless spending habbits...

But a good routine would be amazing, like which days i should work what, and what I should eat, etc. feel free to pm me a good schedual! :2thumbsup:

tylenol,...and ibuprofen work well too..also naproxen if your stomach can handle it

 

naproxen messes up my stomach. voltaren gel works well for inflammation in joints.

 

try new battery..

 

im going to back the Fish Oil and Magnesium once again.. and er cannabis .. :2thumbsup:

 

i tried that ..didnt seem to help me

for my fingers i find rubbing red tiger balm on my joints helps way more...right before bed
