in a way i'm kind of glad someone has. i'm certain she was no less deserving of one, then everyone else someone has made a thread about when they died.

i'll never 'get' this thing about 'celebrity' though. everyone is stil just someone, just like everyone themselves, whether they are famous, infamous or simply unknown.

so she was a woman who made a living making jokes, at a time when not many women made a living making jokes.

so there you go. i'm not very good with the humor thing, so i have to take other people's word for it that its mostly harmless.

so hugs to her ghost and everything. i'm sure she's cool and all that.

not knowing her mundane name. anyone who doesn't realize very few people use theirs as their working name really hasn't been paying attention.

so i have no idea if i was in any way related to her. i haven't kept in touch with all my own relatives, even the ones i know of, and i have or had an aunt somewhere around her age.
(whom i really owe a visit to and it is extremely unlikely that i'll ever be able to, if she is still alive which i have no way of knowing.)
