Yeah, that's why I don't really really like them as much... They're way too political and a lot of the people who go to their concerts are drunks. The main reason I wanted to go is becase I've never been to a show by them and I'd pay just to see them do Freebird as an encore.

you gotta be picky man, paying 100 bucks to see a band play one song, and to have to hang out with drunkin jocks, is not worth it.

Yes. Thats one of the main reasons I dont like them.

 

No, that was somewhat of a tongue and cheek thing... they loved neil, but didn't understand why he was writing a song about the south being like that if he had never spent any time there to actually know... and it kind of made both of them look a little ignorant by doing it, though it was kind of cool/interesting, either way... and they still had a respect for each other.

The tickets were $27.50.

and lastly nirvana and the doors (someone said the doors suck) kick ass and are gods. and lynyrd skynyrd is pretty good too.

alright, here's the deal: i have no life. so i looked into it, kurt's first demo was called "fecal matter", he recorded 7 or 8 songs with dale crover from the melvins on bass and drums. he later gave that demo to krist novaselic when he asked him to join the band.. and then it was history...
